Past Events 2024
We have been to many interesting events this year – online and offline. We gave talks, held webinars with partners, started our own Meetup series on the future of technical communication, made new contacts at trade fairs and expanded our network and knowledge. That was fun!

NORDIC TechKomm Stockholm
International experts met at NORDIC TechKomm in Stockholm on 6 and 7 March to discuss trends and current topics in the field of technical communication. Like last year, PANTOPIX was once again on site at NORDIC TechKomm, where international experts met in Stockholm on 6 and 7 March to discuss trends and current topics in the field of technical communication. Just like last year, PANTOPIX was there again!
PoolParty Summit
From 19 to 21 March, the Semantic Web Company hosted the 3rd PoolParty Summit under the motto ‘Unlocking the Full Potential of LLMs with Knowledge Graphs’. Users demonstrated how they successfully overcame information silos, optimised inefficient work processes and overcame the challenges of unstructured data.
tekom Frühjahrstagung Freiburg
Experts, users and exhibitors met again at the tekom spring conference in Freiburg on 11 and 12 April to discuss trends and current topics in the field of technical communication. Just like last year in Würzburg, PANTOPIX was once again on site with a presentation!
DOKU + MEDIEN Forum
The DOKU + MEDIEN Forum took place again this year on 10 April 2024 in Hamburg. DokuNord, the association of technical editorial offices, and Zindel AG invited movers and shakers and decision-makers from the fields of development, design, sales, marketing, service and, of course, technical documentation.
tekom workshop metadata for beginners
We were pleased to be able to offer a workshop again this year together with the tekom Munich regional group. In a 2-hour workshop, we worked together on the topic of metadata and its relevance for technical documentation.
ESWC
The Extended Semantic Web Conference took place again this year from 26 to 30 May. The ESWC is an important forum in the field of semantic technologies. PANTOPIX took part as a proud sponsor and was on site with a presentation. There were great discussions and meetings in Greece.
XML Prag
XML Prague took place again! We are proud to have participated as a sponsor at the prestigious XML Prague 2024 conference. This event is an important forum for professionals working with markup languages and data on the web.
tekom Drei-Länder-Tagung
The annual three-country conference took place again on 14 June. On this day, everything centred around the topic of ‘AI in technical communication’. PANTOPIX was once again there as a sponsor in Constance!
NORDIC TechKomm Copenhagen
International experts met again at NORDIC TechKomm in Copenhagen on 18 and 19 September to discuss trends and current topics in the field of technical communication. Just like last year, PANTOPIX was there again!
SEMANTICS Amsterdam
From 17 to 19 September 2024, the SEMANTiCS Conference – the leading European conference on Linked Data, Semantic AI and Data Science – took place in Amsterdam. An inspiring programme for experts, decision-makers and researchers invited participants to discuss new technologies, innovations and company implementations. As a sponsor, PANTOPIX was once again represented with an exhibition stand and various presentations.
KVD Service Congress
The KVD Service Congress took place in Essen this year from 6 – 7 November under the motto #servicefans. Participants could look forward to inspiring keynotes, practical best practice presentations, various workshops, an accompanying trade fair with more than 40 exhibitors and plenty of time for networking.
Technology Days
On 28 and 29 October, the Technologys Days took place online on the conference platform and PANTOPIX was delighted to be there for the first time! A varied programme awaited you at the Technology Days on the topic: Has the AI revolution already reached technical communication? The latest trends in the industry were presented, along with valuable strategies and practical tips that you can implement directly in your day-to-day work.
tekom Jahrestagung
Europe’s largest conference for technical communication took place in Stuttgart from 5 to 7 November – from AI and terminology to law, standardisation and UX. The tekom annual conference brought together cross-industry participants, speakers, students and exhibitors in technical communication from all over the world. We look back with pride!
