PANTOPIX 360° Maturity Model
CCMS, CDP, KG, LLM – do you still have an overview here? If not, there’s no need to worry. And to be honest, it’s not even necessary. Because the main thing is that you provide your customers with the information they really need.
We accompany you on your way to a long-term content strategy: independent of tools and technologies; depending on where you are today and where you want to be tomorrow. Our project experience of over 25 years has taught us that four different aspects are strongly interdependent and cannot be viewed in isolation:
- Information creation processes: This aspect highlights the maturity level of your organization or organizational unit. It has been shown, for example, that a certain level of process maturity is a prerequisite for topic-oriented content management.
- The information models or content management: Do you think and write in documents? How are or should topics be classified? These are just some of the questions that are dealt with under this aspect – both for the actual and the target status of your content.
- The way in which information is distributed or provided – content delivery: Providing information intelligently is the goal for all of us. This aspect identifies various content delivery options such as document portals, topics with faceted search or intelligent service assistants.
- Your company’s service strategy: For many companies, service is a central building block for corporate success. A prerequisite for successful service is the availability of the right information at the point of need.
Together with you, we take a look at where you currently stand with regard to the four aspects of process, information, distribution and service. In workshops, we work with you to develop your target vision.
On this basis, we can define in a long-term roadmap which specific measures you can take to achieve your target image – regardless of whether you want to introduce a CCMS and fill it with legacy data, develop a metadata model for product-oriented information creation or implement a knowledge graph-based solution for information provision.
