All service information is now made available centrally: the efficiency and effectiveness of the service team is further improved, processes are accelerated and service quality is generally enhanced. This has also significantly increased customer satisfaction.
Introduction of Tridion Docs as the new editorial system at KAESER Compressors

Fischertechnik Industry 4.0 Simulation
PANTOPIX is intensifying its collaboration with Munich University of Applied Sciences and is involved in the “Fischertechnik Industry 4.0 Simulation” project. The aim is to implement forms of intelligent information provision in a showcase. The Fischertechnik model factory can normally be used to simulate scenarios for Industry 4.0. However, the factory simulation can also help to simulate scenarios for modern information management.
