An eventful year is drawing to a close. For the world around us, the signs were pointing to change – from geopolitical turbulence to a global economy at a crossroads and new leadership of the Roman Catholic Church under Pope Leo XIV.
At PANTOPIX too, we were once again on a growth trajectory last year, both in terms of our projects and our employees within the company. Teams were strengthened, new faces and new ideas drove us forward – and ensured that we were able to complete some great projects with visionary customers or reach important milestones:
The Product Navigator of the KAESER Knowledge Hub, which we were able to present for the first time at the tekom annual conference in November, the AI-supported chat for the CDP easybrowse from gds or the intelligent assistant Service Copilot for ZEISS RMS, which combines a multi-agent system and a knowledge graph – forward-looking projects like these not only fill those involved with pride and joy, they also illustrate the opportunities that new technologies have for technical communication.
PANTOPIX SPHERE: Our knowledge platform is growing
A special milestone this year was to see how PANTOPIX SPHERE continues to come to life and the idea of a holistic knowledge platform is taking shape. For us at PANTOPIX, this is not just a product. It is the essence of the knowledge and experience of over 20 years in which we have been able to help shape this turbulent industry. And not to forget: it’s something we put our heart and soul into.
Speaking of lifeblood ...
This year, a whole lot of it went into our tree planting campaign. Our hard-working colleagues swapped their keyboards and mice for shovels and literally worked as a team: 145 young trees can now grow and flourish near Bodnegg.
Supporting climate protection and social projects is part of PANTOPIX’s DNA. In 2025, we will once again be donating to the organizations Doctors Without Borders, Reporters Without Borders, Welthungerhilfe and the clinic clowns at the Oberschwabenklinik.
This year, our Christmas greetings also go to Cluj in Romania, where PANTOPIX has been represented with an additional location since February. Our colleagues there provide support with software development and design and help us to offer our customers more individual solutions.

Especially in times of change, it is important for us to be a company that offers reliability and security.
