Using a sales product navigator for a manufacturer of configurable industrial coffee machines, we demonstrate how customer requirements can be translated into suitable product configurations in real time. Instead of relying solely on static filters or predefined rules, the application uses semantic relationships and contextual knowledge to identify suitable products and provide transparent recommendations.

In addition, we demonstrate how the same interconnected knowledge base can be used for other use cases—such as AI assistants, product configurators, or the digital product passport.
