Checklist for determining the status of your content strategy

In our consulting work, we regularly see that companies know that they need to develop their content strategy further. Because the goal is clearly defined: Teams and customers should be provided with the information they really need.

However, it is difficult to assess where a company currently stands in terms of processes, content management, the use of AI, content delivery and service without strategic tools. The next steps to move forward can neither be defined nor implemented on this basis.

We have been advising companies on the development of a clear vision and roadmap for a long time. We use our 360° maturity model very successfully to objectively determine the current situation.

To make this tool even more widely accessible, we have converted the previous maturity model into a structured self-assessment.

Companies can use it to independently check how efficient their content value chain currently is. All they have to do is mark the relevant points on the checklist. The result shows a realistic picture of the current level of maturity with strengths, weaknesses and concrete indications of where there is potential for development.

Who is the checklist suitable for?

  • Management and divisional management
  • Transformation and strategy teams
  • Organizations facing major change initiatives

Our checklist for determining your position offers you this added value:
