02AI Readiness Determination
We have been successfully using the tried-and-tested PANTOPIX 360° maturity model for a long time to determine the state of a company in terms of processes, content management, content delivery and service maturity. This was recently expanded to include a section for determining the AI maturity level with five gradations.
These range from the lowest level, where companies have no AI strategy and use AI tools sporadically at most, to the highest level of maturity. Here you will find companies that are developing new business models based on AI and thus shaping their own future with AI.
