PANTOPIX at Empolis:Exchange Summit 2022

On September 27 and 28, the Empolis Exchange Summit will take place in Mannheim and online. How can employees, knowledge and technology form an unbeatable team with which to create completely new digital products and services? How can you rethink digital solutions in customer service? These questions will be answered at the Empolis:Exchange Summit. We are looking forward to participating in the event again with an exciting presentation. Taking service to the next level: At Carl Zeiss Meditec, we have introduced a knowledge management portal to make service manuals and troubleshooting guides available for troubleshooting. In this way, we want to give service staff worldwide the opportunity to access the information they need quickly and efficiently. Cornelia Sanwald and Karsten Schrempp report on the portal launch. We look at the challenges and experiences during the project and provide an outlook on the enhancements still planned for the portal.
