This year’s DOCUFY User Meeting will once again take place in Bamberg from May 13 to 15. Three days full of exciting presentations, practical online offers and a varied supporting program await the participants. It starts with an online day with short presentations and webinars. On the following two days, the participants will meet directly in Bamberg to exchange ideas.
It has become a nice tradition for us to attend the DOCUFY user meeting. We are really looking forward to this great event and our presentation on the reliability of generative AI.

At a time when companies are increasingly relying on the potential of generative AI for knowledge representation, many are faced with the challenge of achieving reliable results. The use of language models requires further measures to ensure consistent, accurate and, above all, reliable answers.
This presentation uses specific project examples and current research results to highlight the steps required to successfully feed a language model with a company’s existing knowledge. The focus is on enrichment with metadata and semantic linking using a knowledge graph.
