Webinar: Using knowledge graphs to create intelligent service assistants

08. April 2025

The next Quanos Live Webinar is coming up on May 8th – followed by a Q&A session! This time it’s all about intelligent service assistants and the question of how knowledge graphs and LLMs (Large Language Models) can revolutionize the day-to-day work of field service engineers.

Dr. Martin Ley, Partner and Principal Consultant at PANTOPIX, shows how knowledge graphs can be used to develop intelligent service assistants.
Tina Technician is a Field Service Engineer. She is called when, for example, a fault message occurs during the operation of her company’s products or she receives an unspecified symptom via a customer ticket. She then searches various (digital and analog) locations for information that could help her. This is usually very time-consuming and frustrating, because not only is the information difficult to find, it is often out of date. What does Tina want? An intelligent service assistant that provides her with all the information she really needs. Knowledge graphs can form the basis for such an assistant. In this webinar, we explain what knowledge graphs are, how they interact with LLMs and how to set up a knowledge graph-based system architecture.

The webinar is aimed at service & after-sales, digitalization managers, technical writers, technical documentation managers and anyone who wants to optimize their technical documentation.
