Everything at a glance! Using the maturity model for content strategy

We (almost) all want to provide technical information intelligently. But where and how do we actually start? With the purchase of a content delivery portal (CDP)? Or with the selection of a suitable component content management system (CCMS)? Or do one or two prerequisites need to be created on the process side before we can even think about the intelligent provision of information? Based on a holistic approach, we describe the path to a comprehensive content strategy. We show that the editorial process, CCMS and CPD must be considered together and that any isolated approach falls short. It makes no difference whether you are already thinking about introducing a CDP today and/or are still delivering documents. A long-term, successful content strategy starts today with the right measures. Setting the wrong course, on the other hand, can have far-reaching consequences tomorrow!

Product ontologies as backbone for GenAI

Product ontologies without GenAI are frozen – GenAI without product ontologies is blind! In this talk, we will explain our approach where a set of product ontologies forms the backbone for LLM-based chats. Considering that LLM-based chats are error-prone in 3 out of 10 cases, we have developed several product ontologies as the core of our knowledge graph, extending the iiRDS ontology for technical information. By representing product portfolios, products and/or product variants and product features, a knowledge graph provides context for LLM-based chats and enables powerful, reliable applications such as product or service recommendations.

On the trail of truth: Can knowledge graphs make generative AI reliable?

Gardner attests: The hype surrounding Generative AI continues. Knowledge graphs, on the other hand, are sinking into the valley of tears. So do we leave the field to ChatGPT & Co. despite their obvious weaknesses in terms of accuracy, reliability and data security? Or is there still hope for fact-based, reliable and useful statements? We are convinced of the latter – through the combination of language models on the one hand and knowledge graphs on the other. Would you like to know how this works in practice? In our presentation, we will show you how it works using a concrete example.
