Based on a knowledge graph, ZEISS Microscopy provides field service engineers with precise information that helps them to shorten repair times. Providing relevant information to a Field Service Engineer (FSE) in the process. Relevant means that this information must be as closely linked as possible to the customer product and the reported problem in order to help the FSE prepare the required spare parts and give him the instructions for the replacement.
