The KVD is Europe’s largest and most important professional association for decision-makers and talents in the service sector. It supports specialists and managers in shaping their service business. Members benefit across all sectors: the KVD network is made up of service experts from a wide range of industries – from mechanical and plant engineering, consumer goods and household appliances to software developers and IT start-ups. Small and large companies from the SME sector are represented here, as are major international corporations.
Service is an increasingly important factor for the success of companies. As diverse as the service offerings are, so too are the levers for improving service. We support our customers in developing the right service strategy and creating all the conditions to ensure that the right information is available at the ‘point of need’ and at the ‘moment of need’. Together with our customers, we create excellent service with structured information and take the service organization to the next level.
As a member of the KVD, we strengthen our service expertise through regular exchanges with other experts in the service industry and would like to take the opportunity to play an active role in shaping the service community in Germany.
We find individual solutions for the provision of information and the transfer of knowledge for all complex processes and problems in service, enabling our customers to provide an efficient and excellent service and thus achieve higher profits and in turn gain satisfied customers.
