NORDIC TechKomm 2022

07. February 2022

At the beginning of March, NORDIC TechKomm will take place in Stockholm under the motto “Writing for Human and Machine.” International experts will meet there to discuss trends and current topics in the field of technical communication. The focus will be on user experience. This is where all specialists come together – technical writers, information developers, technical communication managers, and content architects. The conference language is English.

We are pleased to be there again this year as experts and to share our knowledge with the participants in two specialist presentations.

9. March, 11.20 am
Speaker: Dr. Matthias Gutknecht, STAR AG and Dr. Martin Ley

The information comes from various sources such as a CCMS, spare parts catalog, or diagnostic database. The quality requirements for information delivery have risen immensely, both from a system perspective and from a customer perspective. We show that iiRDS is a good entry point into semantic information management and can be combined with other approaches to create added value for the service process.

Speaker: Karsten Schrempp

Companies in the mechanical and plant engineering sector around the world have a strong interest in using knowledge graphs for their technical documentation.
