Assess your organization’s maturity level
The intelligent platform for your corporate knowledge
14. July 2023
Regardless of which service strategy companies pursue, a crucial prerequisite for successful service is the
availability of the right information at the point of need and moment of need: product and task-specific, tailored to the level of training with an intelligent user and rights concept.
And this applies to the entire service process. It is crucial for companies to know and implement the right information provision for their service strategy. We have developed a tried-and-tested maturity model for this purpose.
This maturity model describes the provision of service information from simple static provision, through dynamic
provision of automatically networked information, to the platform for knowledge exchange and the digital information twin.
In our maturity model, each level of information provision is defined with the basic functionalities and added value achieved for the service. This allows companies to classify themselves and make an informed decision as to whether a higher level could improve their service and what needs to be done to achieve this. In the podcast, Dr. Stefan Bradenbrink, Partner and Senior Consultant at PANTOPIX, together with Laila Weiland, Product Owner of the Knowledge Portal at ZEISS Microscopy, presents the service maturity model and uses practical examples to go into detail about the different maturity levels and experiences during the course of the project.
We have developed a tried-and-tested maturity model, which Dr. Stefan Bradenbrink, Partner at PANTOPIX, and Laila Weiland, Product Owner Mira Knowledge Portal at ZEISS Microscopy, present in this episode in an interview with KVD editor Michael Braun using a use case.
