NORDIC TechKomm will once again bring together international experts in Copenhagen from September 24 to 25 to discuss trends and current topics in technical communication. The focus is on the next generation of technical communication. Experts with in-depth knowledge will meet here – including technical writers, information developers, technical communication managers and content architects.
The main theme of the conference is “Level up your Technical Communication”. Participants can expect a varied program with international expert presentations on topics such as regulatory requirements, best practices in technical documentation, global standards and local regulations as well as future developments in compliance.
The aim of NORDIC TechKomm is to impart practical skills and demonstrate new theoretical approaches to intelligent information solutions. Participants will have the opportunity to develop their skills in interactive workshops. The conference offers the ideal platform for exchanging best practices and expanding the international network.

Enabling Intelligent Service Assistants with Knowledge Graphs

Meet Tina Technician – a field service technician who is called in when a product is faulty or a vague problem is reported via a customer ticket. Her job? To quickly diagnose and solve problems. But instead of focusing on troubleshooting, she wastes time sifting through scattered, outdated and unstructured information – both digital and analog. The result: frustration and delays. What Tina really needs is an intelligent service assistant that provides her with the right information at the right time. In this presentation, we will show how knowledge graphs can form the basis for such an assistant. We explain what knowledge graphs are, how they interact with large language models (LLMs) and how to design a knowledge graph-based system architecture that supports real-world service operations.
