Experts, users and exhibitors will meet again at the tekom Spring Conference on April 26 and 27 in Würzburg to discuss trends and current topics in the field of technical communication.
In specialist presentations, tutorials and workshops, participants will learn a lot about the latest news on the topic of “New priorities, new opportunities – technical communication receives new tasks from the EU”. The focus will also be on topics such as “The European Green Deal” and “A Europe ready for the digital age”. Various companies will once again be presenting themselves on the marketplace in the foyer of the Congress Centrum Würzburg. Of course, there will also be plenty of room for personal discussions at this spring conference.
Last year, we took part with a presentation in Berlin. We are very pleased to be able to contribute to the event again this year with a presentation. Karsten Schrempp, founder and managing director of PANTOPIX, is looking forward to reporting on the automated provision of information.

Using untapped treasures – making documents available automatically in the context of product knowledge

Countless documents on products, processes, markets and competitors are stored in data repositories – all saved to be put to good use. We can use these dormant treasures by analyzing them according to known criteria and placing them in a meaningful context. Automated and AI-based methods on the one hand and knowledge organization via a knowledge graph on the other help us with autotagging.
