This year’s KVD Service Congress will take place in Essen under the motto ‘Managing scarce resources – new thinking for successful service’. Almost all resources are currently scarce for companies and organizations. This applies to the shortage of skilled workers, the energy crisis, the lack of availability of parts, the challenges of climate change and much more.
These challenges can no longer be met with conventional answers. Companies need a new way of thinking in order to emerge stronger from these crises. We will discuss how this new way of thinking can be developed and transformed into practical solutions in service at the new edition of the KVD Service Congress on November 8 and 9, 2023 in Essen.
