The KVD Service Congress is taking place in Essen this year under the motto #servisefans. After all, many companies and organizations talk about wanting to turn their customers into fans. But how can this be done correctly? At the KVD Service Congress 2024, we will be talking about how to turn people into fans – both on the customer side and on the employee side. KDV turns #servicefans into a brand for a change of image in service and shows how service becomes the success factor for “Best Customer Experience”.
Everything to do with this topic will take place in Essen on November 6 and 7, 2024.
