Linked Corporate Knowledge as Key to the Digital Product Pass
The Digital Product Passport (DPP), which will apply from 2027, is often seen as a regulatory burden. However, its true potential goes far beyond mere compliance. By requiring structured, standardized data across the entire product lifecycle, the DPP is forcing companies to rethink fragmented information landscapes. Rather than becoming just another data container, the DPP is driven by networked corporate knowledge. This session will show how semantic technologies and knowledge graphs transform scattered data into an interoperable information backbone and how PANTOPIX SPHERE makes this approach work in practice.
April 24 | 2:00 – 2:40 p.m.
Agentic AI meets Knowledge Graph: Next-Level for ZEISS Service
Efficient and targeted service operations require more than just comprehensive manuals – they require precise, context-specific information tailored to the situation at hand. At ZEISS RMS, we meet this need with the Service Copilot, an AI-supported assistant that uses an Industrial Knowledge Graph integrated into Agentic AI. By linking distributed data sources such as device configuration, component history and real-time status, Service Copilot provides actionable insights to field service technicians. This enables informed decisions, such as whether a component should be replaced or retained, and ensures access to the right tools, spare parts and service history – when and where they are needed. Our approach transforms complex data into intelligent support for service excellence.
