At the heart of our product strategy is PANTOPIX SPHERE – a unique platform for intelligently linking information from heterogeneous source systems. It is based on semantic technologies and state-of-the-art AI methods and reliably provides information for various applications and end users. The modular and scalable architecture maps the entire information journey from data collection to information provision and helps companies to make intelligent use of their entire corporate knowledge.
The core of PANTOPIX SPHERE is a knowledge graph that maps company-specific knowledge as a single source of truth. It typically consists of a knowledge model and a graph database. The special features are the connectors for integrating source systems such as CCMS, SPC or ERP as well as an ontology for product knowledge or versioning. Existing standards such as iiRDS are also supported.
The platform offers integrated apps that enable the distribution and transformation of data, the extraction and classification of information and natural language queries and can be seamlessly connected as required:
chatAssist provides company-specific answers in natural language – precise, up-to-date and reliable.
metaSelect enables the distribution of the knowledge model to all systems in which information is generated or used.
dataFlow offers automated process chains for the transport and transformation of (un)structured data into a target system.
dataEnrich enriches existing data with metadata or extracts information from this data.
