Taking service to the next level: At Carl Zeiss Meditec, we have introduced a knowledge management portal to make service manuals and troubleshooting guides available for troubleshooting. We want to give service employees around the world the opportunity to access the information they need quickly and efficiently. Cornelia Sanwald and Karsten Schrempp report on the portal launch. We shed light on the challenges and experiences during the project and give an outlook on the planned enhancements to the portal.
