Think smaller! From document to topic

Do you provide your customers with complete documents? Are you wondering who really reads such a document (from start to finish) or needs all the information contained in the document? Then this workshop is right for you! Here you will learn why we need to think smaller, in so-called topics. We will use concrete examples to work out what a topic is and what types of topics there are. We will also develop practical rules on how to convert a document into its topics. You are welcome to bring along your documents and take home an approach to topic orientation.
