Highly Configurable Content using DITA, Knowledge Graphs and CPQ-Tool

Have you always wondered how highly configurable content is created? Do you really want to know how structured content relates to DITA, metadata and knowledge graphs? In this presentation, we will show you how DITA-based topics can be composed with variables for properties to create documents that are classified with metadata from the knowledge graph. These documents are then used in an automated generation process for dynamic offers. The configuration process for products thus leads to configuration-specific information products. The interaction is controlled by the CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) component of an ERP system.
