NORDIC TechKomm will once again bring together international experts in Stockholm from March 19 to 20 to discuss trends and current topics in technical communication. The focus is on the next generation of technical communication. Experts with in-depth knowledge will meet here – including technical writers, information developers, technical communication managers and content architects.
The main theme of the conference is “Managing Documentation Across Long Product Lifecycles: From First Flight to Final Service“.
Participants can expect a varied program with international expert presentations on topics such as regulatory requirements, best practices in technical documentation, global standards and local regulations as well as future developments in compliance.
The aim of NORDIC TechKomm is to impart practical skills and demonstrate new theoretical approaches to intelligent information solutions. Participants will have the opportunity to develop their skills in interactive workshops. The conference offers the ideal platform for exchanging best practices and expanding the international network.
We are delighted that Karsten Schrempp, founder and managing director of PANTOPIX, will be attending again. He will be giving a presentation and is looking forward to the exchange.

Designing a Knowledge Hub: Challenges and Insights from KAESER
Speaker: Karsten Schrempp
The initial situation: numerous isolated, ambiguous and unmonitored silos with product information on compressed air. The vision: access to the required knowledge at the touch of a button. The first result: the KAESER Knowledge Hub.
The aim of the current expansion phase is not only to find product data, but also to be able to compare it. Anyone thinking of a standard application here is mistaken. The product data had to be rewritten, enriched and consolidated in a knowledge graph. The specially developed user interface, the KAESER Navigator, enables different users to access the information they need in their current context: worldwide and authorization-controlled.
The presentation highlights important aspects of this project and focuses in particular on its challenges – with the aim of providing suggestions for the design of a guide through the company’s own product world.
